Professional Interests:
I am thrilled to be a part of the Atlantic Street team. I enjoy all aspects of emergency and critical care. However, I am particularly interested in small animal medicine and multi-modal pain control (especially in trauma and surgical patients). I think that one of the most important aspects of veterinary medicine is effective and compassionate communication with clients, particularly in an emergency situation.
Hobbies and Personal Interests:
My life outside of veterinary medicine revolves around my wonderful family: husband Dave, daughter Elizabeth, and new son Owen. We love nothing better then to be together and we keep busy with various activities (pre-school, swim lessons, golf lessons, ballet classes, church, etc). We also enjoy running and biking as a family. I avidly practice yoga and pilates. We have two kitties who are a part of the family as well- Bailey (12 year old Tuxedo kitty) and Henry (3 month old orange tabby)
